RETURNS POLICY
Conditions
We offer a 14 working day returns guarantee. This means that if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days of the date you received the item and subject to this policy, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid. The item must meet the following conditions:
No sign of wear or damage.
Returned in the condition you received it including all packaging, manual and warranty. There will be a 15% fee for any returns that do not include all the original packaging, manuals and accessories.
If we shortened your watch or bracelet please ensure that all the removed links are included with the watch or bracelet that you are returning.
Procedure
To return an item, please log in to My Account. Under “RECENT ORDERS”, browse the order number, and press on the “RETURN ORDER” button. You then have to select the item/s from that order that you want to return. Once submitted, our agents will contact you with details on how to return the item/s.
Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email with the package.
You are responsible for all freight and insurance charges except in the following cases:
• The wrong item was sent to you;
• The item was received in a damaged state;
• The item is faulty from manufacturer.
We accept no responsibility for loss or damage of items in return transit.
Once we receive the item in an acceptable condition, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within approximately 1 week. Please note that refunds cannot be made to any third parties.
Unwanted gifts
Should your gift be unwanted, refunds will only be made to the payment card used to purchase the goods. So if you buy a gift online, the “recipient” will not be able to get a refund. If they want to return the goods, we will offer an exchange or credit for the value of the return within the14 days of the date you received the item.
